Early days yet. Difficult to get the right fit at first but once done they fit snugly in the ears. They do the job and hearing is amplified after a few times they became normal be careful I did go for a meal and the noise was overwhelming I almost took them out but overcame the urge and it soon became ok. Definitely improves your hearing great that you don’t need batteries.
