Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers throughout the United Kingdom, including:

England
Scotland
Wales
Northern Ireland

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.

Order Processing

We process orders during our business hours:

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK Time)

Orders placed before 8:00 PM (UK Time) on a business day are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard processing time is 0–1 business day, meaning most orders are prepared and dispatched on the same day or the next business day.

During busy periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, promotional events, or other peak trading periods, processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will make every effort to keep customers informed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Any additional shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page on our website.

If you have not received your tracking email within two business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted UK courier partners, including where appropriate:

Amazon Shipping
Other recognised delivery partners

The courier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the product ordered.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to:

Severe weather
High seasonal demand
Courier operational issues
Public holidays
Events beyond our control

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier immediately.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel appears to be lost:

Check the tracking information.
Check with neighbours or your building reception.
Contact our customer support team.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we'll arrange either:

a replacement, or
a full refund,

in accordance with UK consumer law.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Include photographs of:
- the damaged product,
- the packaging,
- the shipping label.

We'll assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to guarantee address changes.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

attempt delivery again,
leave the parcel in a safe place,
deliver to a local collection point, or
return the parcel to us.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

As we currently deliver only within the United Kingdom, customers will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes on UK orders.

Should we begin offering international shipping in the future, any applicable customs duties or import charges will be explained before checkout where possible.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver only to residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to:

PO Boxes
BFPO addresses
Freight forwarding addresses
