At ZingleShop, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We understand that our products may not be the right fit for everyone. If you’re not fully satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
30-Day Risk-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your product. If it’s not the right fit for you, please follow these steps to register your return:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@zingleshop.co.uk with your return request. Please include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue, along with photos or videos where applicable.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return the package to the provided address and share your tracking information with us so we can monitor its progress. We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
- We do not accept items returned without first contacting us.
Any items not purchased from ZingleShop that are sent to our return address will not be processed.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return under our 30-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be clean, undamaged, and in good working condition
- All original accessories, packaging, and included components must be returned
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Hygiene & Safety Deduction
Due to the nature of personal-use products, certain components (such as ear tips or similar accessories) cannot be reused once opened.
A small deduction may be applied to approved returns to cover non-resellable items.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind
All returns must be sent to the address provided during the return approval process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
In most cases, you will not be required to return the faulty item.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs inspections.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe by 10 working days, please contact us and we will arrange either:
- A replacement order, or
- A full refund
Customer Remorse or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item:
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
- You may place a new order for a replacement item or request a refund
Our support team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute.
We can usually resolve matters quickly. Opening a dispute may delay the resolution process.
