Refund & Returns Policy (Zingle)

At Zingle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

1)Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

2)Products must be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged.

3)We cannot accept returns for items that are customised, opened consumables, or damaged due to misuse.

  2. We will send you a return label 

  3. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your protection.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement or return.
